Regular hours are Wednesdays 1 - 5 PM and Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM, by appointment only.
For a private consultation with Bill outside of these hours please call or email to schedule an appointment Tuesdays - Thursdays. There is a $30 bench fee for a private consultation.
Instruments must be in a case to be left for service.
We are located just off route 93, in the Ballardvale section of Andover, behind the Mill Pond. From Andover Street, turn by the pond, into the large parking lot (you will see a sign for 204 Andover Street). You will see a small building parallel to the large brick mill. Look for an identical building behind it (the two small buildings are identical), with our sign hanging off the side.
