Policies
Massachusetts sales tax is added if appropriate. Shipping is free via USPS. At this time we cannot accommodate expedited shipping. Please allow 2-3 days for us to ship your order. Please note that our shipping materials are biodegradable.
If you want to pick up merchandise when you drop off or pick up an instrument, the merchandise must be ordered and paid for via this site (it's how we track inventory). Please indicate "pick up" in the "special instructions" field.
If you need to return an item, you do not receive your order, or the shipping department (e.g., Martin the dog) screws up, please contact bill@whitsettguitarworks.com.
